About the Role

We are hiring for an exciting contract opportunity with Meal Manager , one of client for Business's fastest-growing products. Meal Manager is transforming how companies feed their teams by making group meals seamless, flexible, and enjoyable. Companies can set budgets, restaurants, and schedules, while employees choose exactly what they want from top local and national restaurants, with meals delivered together, on time, and individually labeled.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, working directly with customers, solving problems in real time, and helping create a great client experience. You will play a key role in launching new customers, supporting onsite operations, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for clients using the Meal Manager platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and onboard new customers onto the Meal Manager platform
• Provide onsite support during customer launches and help ensure a seamless meal experience
• Troubleshoot customer pain points and resolve operational or platform-related issues quickly
• Represent client professionally at client locations and maintain strong service quality
• Gather feedback from customers and communicate issues, trends, and improvement opportunities to the internal team
• Support account setup, order placement, backup cart setup, and other Meal Manager platform functions
• Monitor quality and performance for client accounts and help maintain a high standard of service
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Build strong relationships with customers through empathy, responsiveness, and excellent communication

Required Qualifications

• Willing and able to travel daily within the assigned city to different customer locations
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity with limited guidance
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Able to learn and troubleshoot basic issues within a technology platform
• Comfortable using tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets , and internal systems
• Ability to handle detailed operational work with accuracy and efficiency
• Positive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to jump in and solve problems at all levels

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in operations, customer support, customer success, sales, hospitality, or field-based service roles
• Experience managing client interactions, launches, or onsite support is a plus
• Background in hospitality or people-focused operations is strongly preferred
