Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist to join their team. As a Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Support Department supporting Customer Success and Cloud Adoption Teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for innovative technology, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Remote (CST preferred) Pay Range: $45- $49.hr on Experis W2 (Benefits/PTO/40k1) Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain someone who has really done copilot work and has installed and deployed agents, solutions and customization and can evangelize copilot and educate people and train on co-pilot or has experience with similar AI such as Gemini, etc. Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each: 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Cloud platforms. 2+ Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including the Copilot Control System, adoption and change management, and Copilot Analytics. 2+ Deep technical expertise with Microsoft security and compliance, including Microsoft Entra (Conditional Access, identity governance), Microsoft Purview (sensitivity labels, DLP, DSPM for AI), SharePoint Advanced Management What's the Job? Support the deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agents, and related AI solutions for diverse clients. Provide technical guidance on Copilot & Agents, helping customers design, deploy, and operationalize AI solutions aligned with their business goals. Lead efforts to remove technical and operational blockers related to security, compliance, and platform readiness. Advise customers on AI governance, data security, and responsible AI practices to ensure scalable and secure AI adoption. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to accelerate deployment, adoption, and ongoing customer success. What's Needed? 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Cloud platforms. Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including change management and analytics. Deep technical expertise with Microsoft security and compliance, including Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Purview. Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including CxOs. Technical certifications such as MS-102, SC-401, AB-900, AB-100, or AB-730 are preferred.
