Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the day-to-day management of the communityCollecting and tracking rent, deposits, and late feesConducting move-out reconciliationsTouring apartments and showcasing community amenitiesProcessing applications and verifying rental, employment, and credit historyPreparing lease documents and resident filesDelivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residentsAssisting with leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goalsSupporting the property team and helping drive community successWhat We're Looking ForOur ideal candidate will have:2+ years of apartment industry experiencePrior supervisory or leadership experienceStrong customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing skillsWeekend availability, including a rotating Saturday scheduleExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesA positive attitude and willingness to learnA valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationWhy Pedcor Homes?At Pedcor Homes, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
