IT SUPPORT ANALYST

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades Train staff on the proper use of hardware and software Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner Document all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments Collaborate with IT team members to provide efficient and effective IT support services Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support role Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr Vigorcare Pediatric Services
