The landmark casino is now home to over 1,000 state-of-the-art, newest-title slot machines and other local favorites such as Diamond Lottos, Fort Knox, Pirate’s Loot. The gaming leader also offers 24/7 live table game action with games including Blackjack, Baccarat, Spanish 21, Three Card Poker and many more. Seminole Classic Casino also features the Hollywood Hall entertainment pavilion and the Stage Bar, a full-service bar that features live entertainment nightly. Unparalleled Service isn’t just a part of our mission statement at Seminole Gaming; it’s a commitment to each and every one of our current and future Guests.Under the direction of the Cage Casino Credit Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the direct supervision of cashiering functions.**Essential Job Functions**May include but are not limited to:* Ability to read and write short memos.* Manages cage inventory to include chip bank, main bank, check bank, front window and booth inventories.* Deals directly with customer concerns/complaints as required within jurisdiction.* Ensures all regulatory requirements are followed.* Interviews, hires, trains, schedules, appraises and supervises all directly assigned personnel.* Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.* Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.* Must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide by fractions, whole numbers, and decimals.* Ability to calculate interest, commission, and percentages as it applies to job functions.* Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with staff as well as patrons.* High school diploma or GED, as well as one (1) to two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.* One (1) year of cage, banking and/or cashiering experience, and one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.**Work Environment:*** Must be able to work in a smoking environment* Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations* Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time* Regularly required to reach with hands and arms* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception.* Position requires bending, lifting and carrying supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds. With assistance, required to lift or carry items in excess of 50 pounds, push or pull carts and/or furniture weighing several hundred pounds.**Closing:** As part of Seminole Gaming’s employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended.
