Assignment Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Rehab position. The ideal candidate will have experience in Med/Surg settings and be open to floating as required. You will be responsible for providing nursing care in a fast-paced environment that requires strong tracheostomy care and management skills.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 3x12 Nights
• Patient Ratios: 1:5-7
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Floating Requirement: Yes, may float to inpatient Med/Surg
• Charting System: Epic
• Locals Accepted: Yes
• Estimated Gross Weekly Pay Package: $1772.82 (negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a rehab setting
• Manage tracheostomy care independently
• Coordinate with Rapid Response/Code teams as necessary
• Administer oxygen and manage non-invasive airway equipment

Qualifications

Required:

• 1 year of medical-surgical experience
• BLS Certification
• Experience with nasal cannula and peripheral line care/management
• Valid Illinois RN license
