Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist

McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. McBride is Missouri's largest homebuilder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. We have built over 40,000 homes across the St. Louis area and have been in business over 75 years. We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech savvy candidate to collaborate with the marketing team for all promotional projects and activities. This is an in-office position located in our new state-of-the-art facility in Chesterfield Valley.

The Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team and executive leadership to help organize and implement the marketing strategy.

Responsibilities include:

• Help plan and assist social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and outside resources for marketing media.
• Assist with digital marketing initiatives (i.e., blog posts, press releases, and electronic newsletters).
• Assist in the new community opening process (planning, execution, follow-up).
• Excellent writing skills with experience in copywriting and editing.
• Help coordinate graphic materials for corporate office and new home communities including signage, flyers, brochures, direct mail, and other collateral materials.
• Participate in planning and execution of sales team meetings and events as well as corporate office events.
• Actively participate in team brainstorming/concept development sessions.
• Adhere to project deadlines and provide status updates on a regular basis to management.
• Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects as needed.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, while demonstrating strong attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to prioritize, track, perform, and report on multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of related work experience in a social media or marketing role, preferably in homebuilding or real estate.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with some form of design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Additional preferred skills in key areas of marketing (content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM).

McBride offers competitive compensation: $50,000-$55,000/yr. (depending on experience) and an annual bonus program.
