Job Overview

Hubbell Lenoir City is currently recruiting for the following work schedule: Hours: 10 hours daily, from 4 PM to 2:30 AM Days: Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

Compensation details: Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour Shift Differential: Additional 10% of base pay Incentive Pay: Available Retention Bonus: Eligible for a $1,000 bonus after 90 days of employment

Please note: All candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Employees operate a forklift at a brisk pace to transport materials and products from the storage yard on a pallet to the loading docks or staging areas.

They will also enter the plant floor to transfer or collect parts or products for transportation to the external storage area.

A Day In The Life

General Overview (not exhaustive):

• Must have previous experience operating a forklift

• Responsible for conducting inspections on the forklift to verify its operational status

• Capable of performing Bin Filling tasks

• Tasked with retrieving customer orders

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members

• Should have strong communication skills

• Physically able to manually lift and inspect products when a hoist is not necessary
