Giving Home Health Care is looking for a full‑time Receptionist to join our Business Administration team in Santa Fe, Colorado. The position serves as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and vendors, handling day‑to‑day office operations, phone and technology support, and event coordination. Responsibilities Greet and assist all visitors who come in Answer phones promptly and courteously Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Manage office, snack, and durable medical equipment supply levels Multitask at a high level Maintain positive relationships with outside vendors Assist with promotional products Organize patient and employee appreciation events and items Maintain and support phone and technology solutions Manage facility work orders Collaborate with various departments on varying needs Manage electronic fax distributions Qualifications Outgoing and warm personality Helpful, mindful, and solutions oriented Concise communication and follow-through with different teams and departments Maintain a positive relationship with peers, patients, providers, vendors, and caretakers Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong attention to detail Accuracy in work tasks Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills Must have a strong value system, be loyal, and interested in making a difference behind the scenes for patients and their families Must have great interpersonal skills and be a team player Benefits Compensation $17–$21 per hour $100 monthly cell phone reimbursement PTO, holidays, and your birthday off Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days Hours typically from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional after‑hours duties depending on workload and projects To provide the exceptional care our patients deserve, we rely on a team of passionate, dedicated professionals.
