- Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of personal lines business, handling day-to-day inquiries and policy adjustments.
- Renewals & Remarketing: Proactively review expiring policies, market accounts to carriers, and secure competitive renewals for clients.
- System Administration: Utilize Epic software daily to process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and maintain meticulous client records.
- Account Growth: Identify coverage gaps within the existing book of business and cross-sell complementary personal lines products.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with internal leadership to streamline workflows and maximize overall team capacity.
- Experience: 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred.
- Software: Hands-on proficiency and strong operational familiarity with Applied Epic software is strictly required.
- Licensing: Active and valid state insurance licensing (e.g., 2-20 or 4-40 license) is required.
- Skills: Excellent communication, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage a high-capacity workload effectively.
