Meximodo Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced   Back of House Operations Manager   to take ownership of purchasing, inventory, food cost, receiving, waste reduction, and operational systems across our growing restaurant brand.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, improving profitability, coaching kitchen leadership, and creating consistency that can scale as we continue to grow.

What You'll Own

• Food purchasing and ordering
• Receiving and vendor management
• Inventory systems and cycle counts
• Food cost analysis
• Waste tracking and reduction
• Recipe and portion control
• MarketMan inventory management
• Prep systems and production standards
• Kitchen organization and operational consistency
• BOH process improvement across multiple locations

You'll work closely with Operations leadership while becoming the company's subject matter expert for inventory and purchasing systems.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience
• Strong food cost and inventory management background
• Experience with purchasing and receiving
• Multi-unit experience preferred
• Experience with MarketMan or similar inventory software preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to analyze reports and turn data into action
• Comfortable working in both Jersey City and Metuchen locations

Compensation & Benefits

• $99,000–$150,000 annual salary

Additional Information

• This position requires travel between our Jersey City and Metuchen locations, with future support for additional restaurant openings as the company grows.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required as business needs dictate.
• This is a hands-on leadership position. Candidates should be comfortable working in the kitchen alongside the team while also managing operational systems and processes.
• The successful candidate will be expected to become proficient in MarketMan and other company operating systems.
