Senior Oncology Account Manager (San Jose)

Immunome seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory sales for varegacestat in preparation for its potential launch in desmoid tumors. The role focuses on building physician relationships, executing brand strategy, and supporting patient access across the San Jose and Sacramento region.
Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales goals for varegacestat aligned with national brand strategy
- Develop and execute territory business plan identifying priority accounts and call strategies
- Build and maintain compliant relationships with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
- Identify and engage local key opinion leaders and multidisciplinary care teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs
Requirements
- Proven oncology or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
- Established relationships with oncologists, sarcoma specialists, or multidisciplinary care teams
- Territory business planning and sales execution capabilities
- CRM proficiency and ability to track sales metrics and call activity
- Knowledge of desmoid tumor treatment landscape and referral patterns
- Compliance expertise and ability to deliver regulated promotional messaging
