Guiding families from initial inquiry through the start of care, the full-time Bilingual Intake Coordinator will own the intake experience, navigate insurance complexities, and ensure families are set up for success in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the intake journey by guiding families and ensuring timely completion of required information and documents Navigate insurance requirements and coordinate benefit verification while communicating next steps clearly Serve as the trusted point of contact for families, explaining coverage and costs empathetically while maintaining urgency and accountability Required qualifications Fluency in both Spanish and English Experience in customer service or a related field Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems in real time Empathy and effective communication skills, particularly around complex topics
