You will work with world‑renowned surgeons and radiologists using state‑of‑the‑art radiographic technologies and treatments. Role Purpose Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (MRI, CT, IVR, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catherization) on adult and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control. Assists staff technologists in prioritizing and problem‑solving patient care or imaging issues, serving as a resource. Delegates tasks to ensure proper daily operations. Assumes supervisory responsibilities in their absence. Assists in developing and training students and/or new employees. Provides continuing mentorship to advanced modality technicians. Responsibilities Prepares patient and equipment for procedures. Performs studies independently, in on‑call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required. Oversees shift operations including daily workflow, assignments, lunch schedules, and adjusts priorities to meet department needs. Enters/escalates IT and equipment tickets. Serves as the clinical resource and expert for the technologists, including problem solving, assisting with difficult exams, and mentoring. Serves as the clinical liaison between the team and supervisor, ensuring proper communication of information and escalation to the supervisor. Maintains and orders necessary supplies for department needs. Minimum Requirements Education Associate or Trade School Equi Experience 2–5 years Supervisor Experience No Experience Licenses & Certifications IEMA – Illinois only, excl MRI
