Member of Sales Staff

As a Member of Sales Staff, you will:

• Own a book of prospective accounts end to end: prospecting, discovery, technical evaluation support, negotiation, and close

• Run discovery calls to understand a prospect's model usage, infrastructure constraints, and business goals, and map those needs to Reka 's product

• Partner closely with Applied AI, Product, and Research to support technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and benchmarking exercises

• Build and manage an accurate pipeline, and forecast reliably to leadership

• Represent Reka at demos, meetups, and industry events as a credible voice on generative AI and model infrastructure

• Work directly with leadership on strategic or complex deals given the size of the team

• Help shape early sales process, positioning, and playbooks as one of the first dedicated sales hires

You may be a good fit, if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer facing technical role, selling to technical buyers or within AI, infrastructure, or developer tools

• A track record of running full cycle deals and closing new business, not just generating pipeline

• The ability to speak credibly about model inference, API integration, fine tuning, or compute infrastructure, or a demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly on deep technical material

• Big plus: prior experience selling AI compute or inference capacity (GPU clusters, model serving, or usage based infrastructure), you understand the buying motion around capacity commitments, utilization, and pricing

• Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy at an early stage company with limited process

• Strong written and verbal communication, and the judgment to tailor a message for a developer, an ML lead, or an executive

• Genuine curiosity about AI and where the market is heading
