MUST HAVE STATE FARM EXPERIENCE & LICENSING

Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members, managing appointment scheduling and office communications, assisting in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records, engaging in conversations with prospective and existing customers, providing excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications include previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, comfortable with engaging in sales conversations, basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and MUST have 1-2 Years of State Farm Experience.

This is a remote position. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.

• Our office is located in Chamblee.
• Our office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-Noon.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• I am a proud graduate of Georgia College.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
