Clerk - Inventory Clerk

Job Details Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime may be required) Pay: $23.67/hr Location: 101 Norfolk St, Mansfield, MA 02048 Responsibilities Accurately count bulk merchandise in primary warehouse locations. Perform appropriate adjustments on inventory levels. Research discrepancies related to inventory levels. Request return authorizations, pull product, package, and ship returns and recalls. Provide internal and external customer support. Assist with physical inventory. Develop and implement new processes and procedures when necessary. Support the Inventory Department with tasks such as placing purchase orders, writing narcotic blanks, monitoring service levels, and breaking down deals. Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and DEA regulations. Work overtime and participate in physical inventory as required. Perform related duties as assigned. Experience and Educational Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Less than one year of equivalent work experience. Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong product knowledge. Good interpersonal skills. Good mathematical skill. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
