Digital Marketing Coordinator – Vital. Temporary position at headquarters, Portsmouth, NH. Non‑remote year 1; local New Hampshire seacoast area preferred. Location Portsmouth, NH (headquarters) Experience Minimum 2 years of company side or agency experience. Salary Range $45,000 – $75,000 Responsibilities Complete Vital‑created training around core production tasks such as reporting, link building, monthly maintenance, and page building. Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and production team to execute and report on client projects and digital strategies. Stay up to date on evolving tech stack and apply knowledge to daily workload. Provide internal support, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance for all digital marketing tools in the tech stack. Learn new tools as needed and support client initiatives. Participate in problem‑solving, troubleshooting and task execution both independently and with team. Examples of Coordinator Responsibilities Report on clients’ monthly progress using Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Google Analytics, HubSpot and other tools. Develop relationships with website editors to drive link building strategy. Use email marketing software to draft and send emails, create segments, and set up lead nurture workflows. Build website pages in WordPress. Draft blog posts according to SEO best practices, publish and promote on social media. Populate client websites with copy and images. Test client websites for design and functionality. Execute digital marketing tool setup and provide troubleshooting support and tool insight. Qualifications Inbound marketing certified via HubSpot. Understanding of basic digital marketing and website‑building terms and strategies (blogging, SEO, link building, email marketing, social media marketing, CRO, KPI). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfort with WordPress, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Looker Studio. Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and ability to find trends and patterns. Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Campaign Monitor and knowledge of inbound tools like Moz, HotJar, SEMRush, HeyOrca, Zapier, CallRail, MailChimp, OptinMonster.
