Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up – we invest in you so you can find your inspiration.Your ImpactThe principle purpose of this role is to partner with business leaders (US Home Improvement, Central Dispatch Office, Allied Businesses, and Shared Services) to drive value creation through financial and business leadership from strategy development through execution in order to identify prospective markets and potential opportunities. This includes responsibility for supporting business unit and enterprise scenario planning by developing long-range scenario models, and recommending and executing measurement plans, analytics and coordinated functional scorecardWhat You Will DoLead consolidation of enterprise-wide financial results across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statementMaintain and enhance the Long-Range Plan (LRP), including updates to assumptions, outputs, and planning modelsDevelop and deliver ad hoc financial analyses and what-if scenarios to support business and leadership decision-makingBuild and maintain financial models related to M&A activity, including scenario evaluation and strategic impact analysisPartner with Executive Compensation on financial support for short-term and long-term incentive programsCollaborate with Tax, Treasury, and Accounting to support the monthly forecast and ensure alignment across enterprise financial inputsManage, coach, and develop a team of two finance professionalsPrepare and present executive-level financial insights, recommendations, and reportingTranslate complex financial information into clear, concise, and actionable business perspectivesSupport broader enterprise planning, forecasting, and strategic finance initiatives through cross-functional partnershipMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree Business, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable7 Years Experience in finance or analytical role2 Years Experience in strategic and financial modeling3 Years Experience leading people directly or indirectlyExperience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Preferred Skills/ExperienceMaster’s degree Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field3 Years Experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial modeling and strategy consulting for businessExperience performing advanced data modeling, data mining and exploratory data analysisExperience leading cross-functionally on enterprise initiativesExperience working in a big box/large retailerExperience working at a Fortune 500 companyAbout Lowe’sLowe’s Companies, Inc.
