Design Engineer

The Will Group is growing, and we are looking for a Design Engineer – Electrical Distribution to join our expanding utility engineering team. Responsibilities Design overhead and underground distribution systems. Perform engineering analysis including load flow, voltage drop, short circuit, and protection studies. Support grid modernization and infrastructure improvement initiatives. Collaborate directly with utility clients, municipalities, and project teams. Contribute to projects that improve reliability, resiliency and system performance across the electric grid. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 5+ years of utility or utility consulting experience. Distribution design experience (overhead and/or underground). Experience with tools such as CYME, Synergi, ETAP, or similar. Why TWG Engineering? Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 and $125,000. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
