Design Engineer

The Will Grooup is growing, and we're looking for a Design Engineer – Electrical Distribution to join our expanding utility engineering team.If you have experience designing electric distribution systems and want to work on impactful infrastructure projects supporting leading utilities such as Commonwealth Edison and other Exelon operating companies, we'd like to talk with you.In this role, you'll:Design overhead and underground distribution systemsPerform engineering analysis including load flow, voltage drop, short circuit, and protection studiesSupport grid modernization and infrastructure improvement initiativesCollaborate directly with utility clients, municipalities, and project teamsContribute to projects that improve reliability, resiliency, and system performance across the electric gridWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringPE license required5+ years of utility or utility consulting experienceDistribution design experience (overhead and/or underground)Experience with tools such as CYME, Synergi, ETAP, or similarWhy TWG Engineering?At TWG Engineering, you'll gain exposure to multiple utility clients, challenging technical projects, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative consulting environment. You'll work alongside experienced engineers helping shape the future of electric distribution infrastructure.Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 to $125,000 annually.
