Spectrum Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated Primary Care team at the Fairfax Ambulatory Care Center in Fairfax, Virginia . This is your chance to deliver high-quality care to our nation's active-duty military members and their families - in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance, patient-centered care, and professional fulfillment.

Position Highlights:

Full-Time, Predictable Schedule: 40 hours/week

• Manageable Patient Load: See just 12-15 patients per day , allowing you to focus on delivering quality care - not quantity

• Outpatient-Only Practice

Qualifications:

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience ( Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine)

• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program

• Active NP license (any state accepted)

• Current DEA registration and BLS certification

• U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)
