We're seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President in Shared Services and Banking Operations. You would be joining a truly global team of dedicated and diverse professionals that operate across 8 countries. Shared Services and Banking Operations (SSBO) delivers industry leading operational solutions by aligning the right functions, people, processes and tools into 10 core disciplines offering a tailored client service that is efficient, controlled and compliant with regulation. This first class service is provided to all asset classes across the entire trade lifecycle from client on-boarding to post settlement tax payments.The Fleet Product Owner is a senior leader who is passionate about serving customers, inspiring their teams, and excited to be an ambassador for the organization’s new way of working. Partnering with Senior Leadership, you will be accountable for delivering business results and customer value measured through specific KPIs. You possess strong business or technical acumen and are capable and curious to learn across both. You know how to set strategic direction for your teams and are comfortable stepping out of the way while enabling and supporting your Product Owners, Technical Leads and Squads to drive and deliver the work. You have a knack for empowering and bringing out the best in people, and love coaching and developing team members. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
