Retail Assistant Salary Package: Basic 2.2 k - 2.5k + Attractive Commission + PB(Gross $3,500 and above) Company Industry: Household Product Working days: 6 days work week (include weekends)| 12pm - 9pm Working location : Town Area Job Responsibilities Proactively approach and engage customers at assigned retail outlets. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Hurom or Leifheit products based on their requirements. Demonstrate products confidently and clearly explain key features, benefits, and product differences. Communicate current promotions, bundles, discounts, and product offers accurately. Build customer confidence and guide customers towards completing their purchase. Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned individual and outlet sales targets. Maintain strong knowledge of Hurom and Leifheit products, new launches, pricing, and promotions. Keep the immediate product display neat and presentable while serving customers. Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and conduct while representing the company and brands. Requirements Strong interest in sales and motivated to achieve sales targets.
