Associate Territory Manager - Washington D.C./Baltimore

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Territory Manager for the Washington D.C./Baltimore region to provide field-level support to healthcare professionals and execute surgical case support and clinical training initiatives. The role involves coordinating with sales teams, conducting hospital staff training, and achieving regional sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field sales teams to plan and execute customer training and technical support for clinical cases
• Conduct training and in-servicing for hospital surgery staff and support personnel
• Support development of regional physician proctors and facilitate formal and informal training activities
• Manage territory operations including three operating room visits and four surgeon contacts per day minimum
• Support regional marketing events, conventions, and physician training seminars

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of general sales experience
• Experience working in team environments, particularly with sales teams
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Willingness to relocate to fill open Territory Manager positions
• Ability to travel extensively with approximately 80% travel requirement
