Commercial Insurance Quality Manager

Job Title Handle new and renewals according to agency guidelines Reviews all company-produced documents for accuracy. Communicate with and secure corrections from all carriers on incorrect items Mail or email all policy records that the agency is responsible for mailing Follow up on delayed new, renewal, and change documents from carriers Refer gaps in coverage, low limits, and other account deficiencies to Account Manager via open activity or suspense so that the account and policy can be properly written Verify all signed documents making sure they are t‑filed, and the scanning is done by agency guidelines Update claims status in system as received from carrier Handle all duties assigned by agency management Binder bills new business, renewals, and endorsements Supervise 1-5 Assistant Quality Managers Qualifications: Ability to work well with internal and external clients at all levels High level of organization and self‑discipline Willingness and ability to lead, learn and be coached Detail oriented Broad knowledge of the commercial realm of insurance Ability to understand and manage complex projects while working under tight time constraints Effective professional verbal and written communication skills Education And/or Experience Undergraduate degree in related field At least 3 years of management experience At least 3 years of general insurance knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr MRINetwork
