TB Public Health Case Manager & Care Coordinator

The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is seeking a Public Health Advisor to manage tuberculosis cases. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive care and education on TB treatment. The ideal candidate has a background in health or social sciences, excellent communication skills, and experience in public health initiatives.
