Route Service Representative (4 day work weeks!)

Your Role We’re seeking an energetic, customer‑oriented Route Service Representative to serve the Greater Baltimore region, including Towson and Owings Mills . In this role, you’ll deliver our products to clients across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. , maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while also identifying new business opportunities. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth by managing your assigned route and introducing new product solutions. Maintain invoices and perform regular inventory checks to ensure precision and consistency, and recommend appropriate products. Renew service agreements proactively and support ongoing revenue growth. Carry out all responsibilities with professionalism, commitment to safety, and compliance with driving and operational regulations. Uphold the company’s reputation as a brand ambassador through professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer care. Qualifications Must be at least 22 years old (required for vehicle insurance eligibility). Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record . Able to meet all pre‑employment DOT physical requirements . Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and transporting products. Demonstrated customer service excellence and strong problem‑solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree preferred. Additional training in sales or business is a plus. Must comply with company appearance and dress code standards.
