Client Services Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

Serving as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, the full-time Client Services Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, monitor program performance, and coordinate with various internal teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead and participate in regular client meetings and follow-ups Monitor program performance, KPIs, and client expectations while identifying opportunities for improvement Assist with new client and program launches, ensuring effective communication of client feedback and priorities Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Experience in client services, account management, or a related field preferred Call center/BPO experience is a plus Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote environments Comfortable reviewing performance data and KPIs
