Equipment Operator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Operator to join our client's team in the heavy industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, and assisting field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.

Responsibilities

Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
Ensure individual and crew work safety.
Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
Maintain the required safety training.

Requirements

Basic to intermediate experience in equipment operation.
Ability to live within 60 miles of Lafayette, LA.
Available to work a shift of 2 weeks on, 1 week off for an offshore position.
Relevant safety training and certifications.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

Experience in the heavy industrial sector.
Knowledge of coiled tubing and pump operations.
