Marc Phillips Decorative Rugs is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Associate to join our New York Showroom. This is a full-time, in-person position that partners with our network of outside territory representatives while providing an exceptional experience for designers visiting our showroom. Working closely with the Los Angeles territory team and New York sales team, this role supports client relationships, coordinates projects, and helps grow business across assigned territories. Success requires strong consultative selling skills, outstanding communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with interior designers, architects, and design professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned territory representatives to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
• Build relationships with interior designers through outreach, networking, and client engagement.
• Support designers visiting the New York showroom and coordinate follow-up with territory representatives.
• Research and recommend luxury rug solutions tailored to each project.
• Prepare quotes, coordinate sampling, and manage projects through the sales process.
• Track opportunities and client activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the Los Angeles territory team and New York sales team to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Support production by ensuring orders and project information are complete and accurate.
• Represent Marc Phillips at showroom events, trade shows, and industry functions while delivering best-in-class customer service.
