Digital Product Manager

Leading the Go-to-Market strategy and operational excellence for AP File Insights Digital Tools, the full-time Senior Manager - Digital Product Management will ensure successful product launches, strong customer adoption, and reliable production performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead Go-to-Market planning and launch readiness to ensure successful product adoption by Product, Sales, and Technology teams Own operational readiness and production support processes, including monitoring, incident management, and continuous service improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product capabilities based on customer needs and business objectives Required qualifications Proven experience in Digital Product Management or Product Ownership with end-to-end product lifecycle management Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and managing roadmaps from concept through launch and optimization Experience leading Go-to-Market planning and execution, including stakeholder engagement and customer enablement Experience supporting production applications, including operational monitoring and continuous improvement Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to drive product decisions
