We are currently hiring Industrial Machine Operators for a variety of manufacturing and production facilities throughout the York area. If you have experience operating machinery, working in a production environment, or have strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

• Operate and monitor industrial production equipment and machinery
• Load materials and remove finished products from machines
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Adjust machine settings and make minor operational corrections
• Measure parts using tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and micrometers
• Complete production paperwork and reporting requirements
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read work instructions and follow standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in York,PA.
