Patient Advocate

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Patient Advocate will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule patient appointments, enter information into patient charts, and review insurance eligibility while ensuring confidentiality of patient health information. Key responsibilities: Handle calls to schedule appointments and communicate progress with management Enter patient information into charts and review insurance eligibility Ensure confidentiality and compliance with handling patient health information Required qualifications: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 2+ years of experience in healthcare or customer service roles Experience with computers and Windows-based programs Ability to work full-time during normal business hours, with potential for overtime
