About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Sales for the US West region. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategic plans to meet sales targets, expanding the customer base, and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within the engineering industry, a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, and a proven track record in driving the sales process and achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities also include leading the west coast team, collaborating with internal teams, and conducting B2B cold outreach. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, leadership prowess, and a passion for technology and engineering. The role requires the ability to understand and communicate the value proposition of products and services, as well as to position them against competitors.
