Production Welder

Pay: Competitive starting rate

Shifts Available: 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM) | 2nd Shift (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM)

Training will take place on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) for the first few days.

Looking to start a career in welding and fabrication? We're hiring Entry-Level Production Welders to join a growing manufacturing team producing stud rails in a fast-paced production environment.

• Perform tack/spot welding on mild steel materials in a production setting.
• Meet production goals.
• Read and accurately use a tape measure to ensure product quality.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with fabrication and production tasks as needed.
• Work alongside experienced team members to build welding and manufacturing skills.

• Ability to read a tape measure is required .
• Previous welding exposure preferred (shop class, vocational training, personal experience, etc.).
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

This is a Contract position based out of LEBANON, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
