IT Service Desk Analyst
We currently have job openings with one of our Direct Client and need IT Service Desk (ITSD) Analyst. This is an 18 month contract opportunity and located in Columbus OH 43212 / Des Moines IA 50391. Please review the job description below.
Job Requirements: ·
- We need call center, metrics-driven environment experience.
- Some tech skills are nice, but not a must-have.
- This is NOT a hands on tech role. This is a phone-based, customer service oriented role for tech issues with internal users.
- Additionally hours of this position could range from open 6:00 AM EST to close 9:30 PM EST, unless business need changes and hours need to be adjusted to correspond to the need.
- Must be able to perform duties below from both in office and from home.
