Data Coordinator Opportunity in Chicago

We are seeking a dedicated Transactional Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Chicago Plant, a unionized facility operating on a 24/7 schedule. This is a full-time, on-site position with the opportunity to contribute to our success and grow your career.

Responsibilities

Perform weekly and monthly close transactions and maintain BOM1 (SAP & Meridian).
Monitor and correct transactional errors affecting data integrity and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and support internal audits.
Analyze data and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory in SAP-ECC inventory locations.
Serve as Plant Data Steward ensuring BOM accuracy.
Lead efforts to reduce/eliminate waste and support raw, pack, and FG cycle counts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong SAP experience.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferences

Experience implementing World Class Manufacturing tools and processes.
Background in LEAN manufacturing systems.
Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and Lean-Six Sigma capability tools.
