Responsibilities Provide guidance to senior management, process owners, and control owners on internal control matters, including design and documentation requirements. Increase awareness among management and control owners of their responsibility to maintain adequate internal controls, including status reporting. Support local market leadership in understanding and evaluating the impact of changing control requirements and remediating identified control gaps. Partner with the Global Controls Transformation program to share market feedback and align approaches for addressing broader (global) control gaps, including process and ERP design. Assist in preparing training materials for management, control owners, and operators on internal control topics. Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of projects, including identifying resources and coordinating market teams to minimize business disruption. Develop, maintain, and drive remediation plans, including prioritizing and coordinating action plans. Ensure all documentation is properly maintained and updated in a timely manner with the latest changes. Experience Demonstrable strong knowledge of internal controls and US SOX. Business/finance experience (minimum 7 years), preferably in FMCG sector. Knowledge of other core finance end-to-end business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Inventory). Big 4 background or CPA an advantage. SAP business process control experience is essential.
