Territory Manager

Our client, a leading $3.0B U.S. wholesale distributor of residential and commercial building products, is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a $12–15M book of business across Western and Central Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, and Southern Vermont. This is a field-based, road-warrior role focused on new business development and deepening relationships with dealer-based customers. Key Responsibilities Own and grow a $12–15M book of business across CT, Western MA, and Southern VT. Visit dealer-based customers in the field every single day. Hunt new business and convert opportunities with urgency. Partner closely with inside sales and logistics on customer delivery. Overcome pricing objections through value-based selling. Support potential territory expansion into the Albany, NY market. Qualifications Proven outside sales experience, ideally within building products or a related industry. Hunter mentality with a track record of driving new business. Strong dealer relationship-building and negotiation skills. Comfortable with daily travel and a field-based work style. Ability to work independently while collaborating with inside sales and logistics teams. Compensation Uncapped Monthly Commission Target Total Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 OTE #J-18808-Ljbffr
