Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Our client, a warehouse and logistics services provider, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. As a CSR, you will be part of the Administrative Department supporting customer accounts and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Mines Road, Laredo, TX Pay Range: $14.00+ per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

What's the Job?

• Monitor and maintain virtual inventory records.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, inventory, and account updates.
• Create orders and receipts within the company's internal system.
• Process billing and related documentation.
• Provide administrative support to ensure accurate customer service and inventory tracking.

What's Needed?

• Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Schedule

• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
