Customer Service Representative (Temporary Position)
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and computer skills looking to gain experience in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders via phone, email, web, and EDI systems
• Respond to customer inquiries and order-related questions
• Generate shipping and invoice documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records and files
• Process credit card payments and sample requests
• Support daily business operations using ERP software
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
⚠️ Important:
This is NOT a call center position. The role is primarily order processing and administrative customer support, with very limited inbound call volume. Candidates must be comfortable working in a professional office environment and understand that this is a temporary assignment.
