Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Hospice - Hospice to join our travel team in Barre, VT! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active VT Care Manager, Hospice RN license
• 2+ years of Hospice - Hospice experience
• This position begins on 06/22/2026 and ends on 10/12/2026
