What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and drivers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue or recover credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and electronic records related to access activity, incidents, and unusual conditions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, exterior areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
