Overview Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Division Administrator manages administrative functions for several Divisions at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Responsibilities include financial management (budget, grants & contracts), personnel management, program coordination, business development, quality improvement, and service. Ensures that the goals and objectives of the divisions are consistent with hospital goals and objectives. Responsible for working closely with Academic Affairs at CHLA and USC, the CHLA Medical Group, CHLA administration, AltaMed, and the SABAN Research Institute administration regarding the division’s grants and contract. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 3+ years of progressive management experience in healthcare field. Education/Licensure/Certifications: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Pay Scale Information $124,488.00-$169,303.68 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
