We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support community members by delivering responsive service and administrative assistance for human services programs in Honolulu, Hawaii. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and communicates clearly across phone, email, and in-person interactions. The person in this role will coordinate client-facing activities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive experience for individuals seeking program support. Responsibilities:

• Respond to questions from clients and community members with professionalism, empathy, and accurate information about available programs and services.

• Coordinate appointment times and pickup schedules, ensuring clients receive timely updates and clear instructions.

• Enter and maintain client and program information in internal records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Conduct client surveys and document feedback to support service improvement efforts and program reporting.

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks that help keep warehouse and human services operations running efficiently.

• Communicate through phone and email to resolve routine service issues, answer follow-up questions, and provide status updates.

• Work closely with staff across multiple programs to support smooth service delivery for a diverse community population.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and follow through on details.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and detail-focused email correspondence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with confidence using multiple browser-based systems.
• Data entry skills with a consistent focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds in a community-based environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to assist with routine service or connectivity-related issues.
