Role Description
We are seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals with landscaping experience who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are interested in long-term career growth. Team members who demonstrate strong work ethic, leadership ability, and reliability may have opportunities to advance into Crew Leader positions as the company continues to grow.

Pay and Schedule

• $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Full-time position.
• Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional adjustments based on weather and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform landscape installation and maintenance services.
• Complete mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and property cleanup tasks.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support Crew Leaders in completing projects on schedule and to company standards.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service when interacting with clients.
• Assist with training and supporting newer team members when appropriate.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of landscaping, lawn care, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment.
• Interest in long-term career growth and advancement opportunities.
• Experience assisting with crew direction, training, or project leadership.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Physical Requirements

• This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties may include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors throughout the shift.
