Finance & Insurance Manager - Jerry Seiner North Salt Lake GMC

We're looking for a full-time Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is an onsite position in North Salt Lake, Utah with an excellent compensation package and career growth opportunities.

As our F&I Manager, you'll guide customers through finance and insurance options, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive car-buying experience. Key responsibilities include:
Managing retail, commercial, and fleet contracts with accuracy and efficiency
Submitting finance deals for approval within 24 hours and completing documentation within three business days
Building strong relationships with finance sources to expand customer options
Explaining leasing concepts, preparing contracts, and ensuring compliance with all requirements
Training sales staff on financing options to increase penetration and income goals
Maintaining complete and compliant insurance files and certifications

High school diploma or equivalent (degree in finance preferred)
Minimum 2 years of automotive finance experience
Solid knowledge of dealership F&I processes and compliance standards
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
