Accounting Clerk

As an Accounting Clerk , you support the daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions of the business. You work closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams to process invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely transactions. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy help support efficient financial operations and customer satisfaction. This is a growth-oriented position with opportunities to take on additional accounting responsibilities over time. $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely Manage vendor invoices, customer invoices, and supporting documentation Review purchase order and invoice information to ensure proper processing and compliance Upload and maintain invoices through customer portals and company systems Reconcile vendor statements and investigate invoice discrepancies Maintain organized financial records and audit-ready documentation Support month-end close activities and audit requests Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting support Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with ERP systems, customer portals, or manufacturing environments preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred Ability to perform job duties requiring prolonged sitting and computer use, occasional movement throughout office and manufacturing areas, and the ability to lift or move office materials and supplies as needed Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Equal Employment Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
