Job Description

- Entry Level, Full-time, Non-Exempt. Records and maintains records of financial transactions; assists with all

financial functions.

- Assists with Conflict Checks, opening new matters for billing and client billing as needed.

- Processes accounts payables

- Tracks and creates records and reports on accounts payable and receivable

- Generates and tracks client billing

- Records cash receipts

- Processes payroll and tracks payroll data

- Follows generally accepted accounting principles and practics

- Works collaboratively in a team environment

- Maintains strict confidentiality, internally and externally

- Follows all policies and procedures

- Attends work regularly at the Firm offices

- Other duties as assigned or required.
